The subject of sale is the use of the shooting range under instructor supervision, in the selected time slot. The content of each service (duration, what is included) is listed with each package on the Shooting Packages page.
Prices in the reservation are shown in euros, and in both euros and dinars when you review your reservation. Sales are made exclusively in Serbian dinars (RSD).
All payments will be effected in Serbian currency – dinar (RSD). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.
The service is delivered in the time slot the customer selects when making the reservation, at Kružni Put 203, Beli Potok, 11223 Belgrade. Payment is made either by card at the time of reservation (on the bank's secure page) or on arrival at the range, by card or cash, in Serbian dinars.
The minimum age to use the service is 18. Identification with an identity document (ID card or passport) is mandatory on arrival at the range.

In the case of a return of goods and a refund to a customer who previously paid, in part or in full, by any of the payment cards, regardless of the reason for the return, Alpha Range is obliged to make the refund exclusively through the VISA, Master, Maestro, Amex and Dina payment methods, which means that the bank will, at the merchant's request, refund the funds to the cardholder's account.
When you enter payment card details, confidential information is transmitted over the public network in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol and PKI system, currently the most advanced cryptographic technology. The security of data during purchase is guaranteed by the card processor, Banca Intesa ad Beograd, so the entire payment process is carried out on the bank's pages. At no point are the payment card details available to our system.
All prices include VAT and there are no additional or hidden costs.
